  1. To install the alpha shape software, please do the following:
  2.     1.  download the file alvis.tar.Z
  3.     2.  mv alvis.tar.Z to the desired directory
  4.     3.  uncompress alvis.tar.Z  
  5.     4.  tar -xvof alvis.tar  (this will create a directory Alpha-Shape)
  6.     5.  read README file before start.

  9.     /Alpha-Shape
  10.         Release infomation and README files
  11.     /Alpha-Shape/bin
  12.         executables
  13.     /Alpha-Shape/data
  14.         sample input data
